Elm Street will be partially closed as cleanup continues. 

PITTSFIELD, Mass. — A two-vehicle crash resulted in a pickup truck crashing through the front of an Elm Street eatery Wednesday morning.

Around 9:45 a.m., the Pittsfield Police Department reported that the street in front of Samel's Deli & Catering would be closed or reduced to one lane for the next few hours because of the collision.

The department posted two photos, one depicting a silver truck with New York license plates driven through the glass of the front entrance and another of a white Honda CR-V in front of Shelley's Kitchen with significant damage to the front end.

No injuries were immediately reported nor the circumstances surrounding the collision.
