Perry Leads Blue Devils Past McCann Tech

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – Olivia Perry went the distance in the circle and hit a two-run home run Friday to lead the Drury softball team to an 11-4 win over McCann Tech.
 
Perry went 2-for-3 with three RBIs to pace Drury’s offense and struck out eight while allowing one earned run to pick up the win.
 
Emily Lyons was 2-for-4 for the Blue Devils in a seven-hit attack.
 
Ariana Rivard notched the 100th hit of her high school career in the third inning.
 
Shaylee Lawson doubled and drove in a run for McCann Tech.
 
Alexis Lemanski and Emma LeMire split time in the circle for the Hornets, combining to allow six earned runs.
 
McCann Tech (1-2) travels to Lenox on Saturday.
 
Drury (1-5) is at Monument Mountain on Tuesday.
