Lenox's Julieano, Flynn Combine to No-Hit Lee

LENOX, Mass. – Evelyn Julieano and Cassidy Flynn combined on a no-hitter Wednesday to lead the Lenox softball team to a 4-0 win over Lee.

 

Julieano struck out five and walked five in six innings in the circle.

 

Flynn struck out one and walked one in the seventh.

 

Julieano helped her own cause at the plate, going 2-for-2 with an RBI, and she scored three times.

 

Lilly MacDonald doubled to account for the only other hit allowed by Lee pitcher Bri Lynch.

 

Lynch struck out 10 and walked four, allowing three earned runs to pick up the loss.

 

The Wildcats (2-5) host Smith Vocational on Monday.

 

Lenox (7-0) hosts Gateway on Friday.
