Lenox Knocks Off Wahconah

DALTON, Mass. – Luke Gamberoni had a hat trick Thursday as the Lenox boys lacrosse team earned a 7-6 win over Wahconah.
 
The Millionaires scored three times in the fourth quarter to overcome a 5-4 deficit and pick up the first victory over Wahconah in the program’s history.
 
Oliver Kirby scored twice, and Kitson Stover had a goal and two assists.
 
Jeffrey Larmon stopped 11 shots in Lenox’s goal to earn the win between the pipes.
 
Zach Schneider had 20 saves for Wahconah, which got four goals from Devin Lagerwall.
 
Lenox (5-3) hosts McCann Tech on Saturday.
 
Wahconah (1-4) is home on Saturday against Columbia of East Greenbush, N.Y.
