Pittsfield Pounds Pacers

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Jack Reed went 4-for-4 with three RBIs Wednesday to lead the Pittsfield baseball team to a 22-0 win over Chicopee.

 

Jason Codey and Matthew Egan split time on the hill, combining on a five-inning perfect game.

 

Codey struck out eight in three innings of work. Egan struck out all six batters he faced.

 

Cam Zerbato and Morrie Fried each tripled in a 21-hit attack for the Generals.

 

Pittsfield (3-2) goes to Mount Everett on Thursday.
