Gladu, Mount Greylock Offense Dominant in First Win

“Our guys have been battling hard all season, but unfortunately we did not have a ‘W’ as a result till tonight,” Mount Greylock coach Rick Paris said. “Today, we put it all together, and everyone on the team got a chance to produce.”
Nine different Mounties had a hit in a 17-hit attack.
Jackson Shelsy was 3-for-4 with four RBIs and scored four times. Tommy Art doubled for the team’s only extra-base hit. Dylan Harrison and Paul Dale had two hits apiece.
Jason Jaros earned the win on the mound, striking out three in three innings of work. Cam Miller struck out a pair in a 1-2-3 fourth inning to finish the game.
Mount Greylock (1-6) hosts Mount Anthony Union on Thursday.
