McCann Tech Tops Mount Greylock

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – Dylan Turner went 2-for-4 with a triple and a pair of RBIs Tuesday to lead the McCann Tech baseball team to a 7-4 win over Mount Greylock.
 
Hayden Barrett also had a pair of hits in an eight-hit attack for the Hornets.
 
Brodie Smith went the distance on the mound to earn the win, striking out seven and allowing just two earned runs.
 
Mason Canata and Cam Miller split time on the bump for Mount Greylock.
 
Everett Bayliss went 2-for-4 with a double to lead the Mounties, who also got doubles from Jake Newberry and Cole Wetherell.
 
Mount Greylock (5-8) hosts Monument Mountain on Friday.
 
McCann Tech (5-3) hosts Lenox on Wednesday.
