Mount Anthony Baseball Rallies to Beat Mount Greylock

BENNINGTON, Vt. – Mount Anthony’s Tanner Bushee lined a single to left to drive in the winning run in the bottom of the seventh to beat Mount Greylock, 5-4, on Wednesday.
 
The Patriots rallied with three runs in the sixth to cut into a 4-0 Mountie lead and scored the tying and winning runs one inning later. 
 
Colby Hill drove in the tying run with a single to center field in the game, which was continued from Tuesday due to rain.
 
Mount Greylock’s Mason Canata went 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI to lead the Mounties’ offense. Jason Jaros was 2-for-4 with a pair of RBIs.
 
Mount Greylock finished with eight hits and stole eight bases.
 
Jaros went 4 and one third innings on the mound to take the loss, allowing just three earned runs.
 
Mount Greylock (3-7) hosts Lenox on Friday.
