CHESHIRE, Mass. — The Hoosac Valley Leo Club has launched its annual Angel Tree fundraiser to support families in need in Northern Berkshire this Christmas season.
Partnering with the North Adams Salvation Army, the club aims to provide gifts for local families facing economic hardship.
The project involves raising funds, purchasing, wrapping, and distributing gifts, with participation from the entire Hoosac Valley school community, including faculty and administration.
Donations can be sent to the Hoosac Valley Leo Club, 125 Savoy Road, Cheshire, MA 01225, made payable to the club. The fundraising drive runs through Dec. 13, 2024.

Cheshire Community Bazaar and Tag Sale Scheduled for May 10
CHESHIRE, Mass. — The Cheshire Community Bazaar & Tag Sale is scheduled for Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The event will take place at the Cheshire Community House, located at 191 Church Street, Cheshire, MA 01225.
Vendor registration is currently open for those selling antiques, collectibles, second-hand items, needle crafts, woodwork, chocolates, and other goods. Both indoor and outdoor vendor spaces are available. The deadline to register for a vendor space is April 30, 2025.

The Cheshire Community Bazaar & Tag Sale is being held in cooperation with the Cheshire Food Pantry, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
