LEE, Mass. — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) announced crews will conduct daytime and overnight hour pavement milling, slope stabilization, bridge and drainage repair operations on I-90 eastbound and westbound in Becket, Otis, Lee, and Blandford.  
 
The work will be conducted at various times and locations from Monday, Sept. 25, through Friday, Sept. 29. 
 
Lane closures will be in place during the construction operations and traffic will be able to travel through the work zones.  The schedule for the work and lane closures will be as follows: 
 
Becket
Bridge repair operations will be conducted daily on I-90 eastbound at mile marker 17.4 from Monday, Sept. 25, through Friday, Sept. 29, from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the next morning. The work is expected to conclude by 5:00 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 29.
 
Becket/Otis 
Slope stabilization operations will be conducted nightly on I-90 eastbound between mile marker 21.0 and mile marker 22.0 from Monday, Sept. 25, through Friday, Sept. 29, from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the next morning. The work is expected to conclude by 5:00 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 29. 
  
Lee 
  • Milling operations will be conducted nightly on I-90 eastbound between mile marker 7.4 and mile marker 11.4, from Monday, Sept. 25, through Friday, Sept. 29, from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the next morning. The work is expected to conclude by 5:00 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 29.
  • Paving operations will be conducted nightly on I-90 westbound between mile marker 12.0 and mile marker 7.4, from Monday, Sept. 25, through Friday, Sept. 29, from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the next morning. The work is expected to conclude by 5:00 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 29. 
  • Paving operations will take place at the Lee service plaza on I-90 eastbound on Monday, Sept. 25, from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the following morning. The service plaza will be fully closed during the work, and will fully reopen at 5:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 26
  • Milling operations will take place at the Lee service plaza on I-90 westbound on Tuesday, Sept. 26, from 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. The service plaza will be partially closed during the work, and will fully reopen at 5:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 26
Blandford 
  • Drainage repairs will be conducted on I-90 eastbound between mile marker 25.0 and mile marker 30.0 on Monday, Sept. 25 from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Drainage repairs will be conducted daily on I-90 westbound between mile marker 25.0 and mile marker 20.0 from Tuesday, Sept. 26, through Thursday, Sept. 28, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day.
  • Drainage repairs will be conducted at the Blandford service plaza on I-90 eastbound on Thursday, Sept. 28, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 
Appropriate signage, law enforcement details, and messaging will be in place to guide drivers through the work area. 
 
Drivers who are traveling through the affected areas should expect delays, reduce speed, and use caution.  
 
All scheduled work is weather dependent and subject to change without notice.

Greylock Federal Promotes Branch Manager at Great Barrington branch

PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Greylock Federal Credit Union announced the promotion of Brianna Lison to branch manager of its Great Barrington branch.

Since joining Greylock six years ago, Brianna has consistently demonstrated a passion for excellent member service and a commitment to advancing her knowledge and expertise of the credit union industry," said Jennifer O’Neil, Vice President, Market Manager. "In this new phase of her career, I know Brianna will continue to serve all of our members with intentionality, care and thoughtfulness."
 
In her role, Lison manages an expanded team, and plays an active role in business development, promoting Greylock’s products and services. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing branch compliance, originating mortgage and home equity loans, originating and underwriting consumer loans, and maintaining an extensive variety of member accounts.
 
"I am very grateful for this new opportunity, and it is a privilege to continue to work alongside the dedicated and hardworking staff in Great Barrington. I strive every day to create positive and meaningful interactions with our members and I look forward to continuing to serve our members and community," Lison said.
 
Lison, a Pittsfield native, began her career with Greylock in 2019 as a branch specialist in the Great Barrington, Lee, and Lenox branches. Within the credit union, Lison successfully completed Greylock Management Academy and also earned a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation in 2024.
 
Lison currently resides in Chester.
